Frida Kahlo's "You are always with me: Letters to Mama" published in Persian

Over fifty letters to her mother were translated in English on 2018 by Hector James. Now they have been published in Persian by Parseh Publishing in 208 pages by Persian translator Misagh Khalagi.
The letters begin in 1923 when Kahlo was sixteen and continue until the death of her mother in 1932.
They are humorous, astute, and sincere, depict Kahlo's relationship with her mother; a relationship that was occasionally tense, as with most mother-daughter relationships, but was always alive and sincere. Kahlo's descriptions of people and locations from Mexico, San Francisco, and New York reflect her wonderful, critical painter's eye and expose her worries as well as her sentiments towards her husband and friends.
