"Frida and Her Garden" at Naples Botanic Garden, Florida, US
14 January 2023 | 10 September 2023Visitors to the Naples Botanis Garden will be transported to Kahlo's garden at her house in Coyoacán, Mexico City, thanks to this exhibition. The focal point is a recreation of La Casa Azul (also known as the Blue House), displaying Frida's creative haven and the plants that influenced her life and art.
Visitors will not only be surrounded by Frida's famous blue home, but will also come across enormous animal sculptures that have been decorated with folk art to symbolize significant influences on Kahlo's life and work.
