The museum is located in Dolores Olmedo’s former residence in La Noria, Xochimilco. Since its founding, it distinguished itself as the private museum that holds the most significant collections of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo in addition to exclusive works of pre-Hispanic, colonial, and popular art.
It showcases also the life and work of the Mexican businesswoman and philanthropist after whom it is named.
Visit the new website of the Museum at the link below to see images from all the collections and of the historic La Noria estate, surrounded by gardens and 16th-century architecture that welcome the visitors into a world of art and culture.
