18-04-2025 A teaser video for the musical "Frida," which will open on June 17 at Seoul's Interpark Uniflex Hall 1, was released on the 16th by the EMK musical production company. See the video below.
The musical "Frida" debuted in 2022 and it is a show musical that depicts "Frida Kahlo's" last years in a framed format, despite his lifelong suffering following an accident. Through the message "VIVA LA VIDA!" she left behind, it conveys the message of passion and healing for life found in pain while capturing the final moments of Frida Kahlo, a passionate artist who proudly faced the darkness in an original form.
The achievement of selling out every seat in every episode during the 2022 premiere demonstrated the work's viability and box office success, and it received positive reviews from critics and the media. As a result, when the musical "Frida" returns for its third season in 2025, it will throw more light on the vibrant life of "Frida Kahlo," the greatest female artist and Mexican revolutionary of her era. Heartbreaking rhythmic music and passionate performances by actors with unparalleled charisma will once again be featured on the stage.
