27 June 2024

An indoor, family-friendly event that will be held on 6 and 7 July at The Rock Box, 1223 E. Houston, aiming at  empowering the local community celebrating  art and artists.

A unique community gathering featuring an art mercado, gallery, photo opportunities, fashion show, music, performances, and culinary traditions, featuring talent from all around San Antonio, is offered to guests at the family-friendly indoor F.R.I.D.A Fest.

In addition to learning about the lives of Frida Kahlo and other Latinx leaders, attendees will enjoy two full days of art and entertainment.

F.R.I.D.A. Fest aims to celebrate art and artists while empowering our community. Numerous women, including Frida Kahlo, Gloria Anzaldúa, Selena Quintanilla, Chavela Vargas, and many more, have made contributions to our artistic community.
