"Viva Frida Kahlo - The Immersive Experience" in Stuttgart, Germany
06 February 2026 | 18 March 2026"Viva Frida Kahlo" is set up as a 360-degree experience, starting with a collection of life-story panels and replica paintings.
Panoramic projections with music and other sound effects are used in the main presentation. With family photos and historical scenes, the roughly half-hour-long program walks you through the different phases of Kahlo's life. Following the presentation, guests enter a different room to participate in a virtual reality Frida experience. Despite being only ten minutes long, the program may have even been the highlight of the panorama show. A Kahlo impersonator begins to sing as soon as you put on the headset. You then traverse a Mexican street scene with numerous allusions to her artwork as you pass through paintings that have been brought to life. The duration of the exhibition is approximately one hour.
